I live in Bali for years and love to go out for dinner with friends or go out clubbing. Few weeks ago, i received a phone call from some woman said to be working as a telemarketer of Passport to Paradise. I’ve seen the advertisement before in Hello Bali, but didn’t really interested to know more. I mean...come on. Discount card is everywhere. And i already have some credit cards which has discounts offer as well on monthly basis.
One weekend, I went to dinner in one Bare resort in Seminyak with some friends. We spend almost a million rupiah there for drinks and meals. A guy sitting opposite our table was paying his bill and slipped a black card. I heard the waiter said something about Passport to Paradise and a discount of 20%. My curiousity just got me. I came over to the table opposite and talked to the guy. He said he’s been using Passport to Paradise for quite sometime and loved it.
He’s a frequent traveller in Bali, like 3 times a year on business. And Passport to Paradise really help save some budget on his entertainment cost. Hahahaha....I was laughing out loud. But then more curious to know about this small black card.
After dinner, we all went to Hypnotique Bar in Seminyak Square. Again, i saw this sticker of Passport to Paradise at the door. When I asked the bartender will i get some discount if I’m a Passport to Paradise member, he said i will definitely get a 25% discounts of drinks. Wow...i was stunned.
The next day, i search my Hello Bali magazine and found the ad to Passport to Paradise. Called up the hotline number, talked to a very nicely voice customer service, signed up for membership...and within a week, the luxurious member kit arrived. Since then i will never leave home without it.
